During the COVID-19 pandemic, Lyon’s local mental health council is reaching out to people suffering from mental health issues [Interview]
As forums for collaboration among mental health stakeholders, Lyon’s local mental health councils (CLSM) strive to provide concrete, coordinated solutions to the challenges faced by people with mental health disorders: access to housing and care, combating housing insecurity, and so on. Clinical psychologists provide free consultations at community-based centers open to people experiencing psychological distress who are not treated by hospital psychiatric services and do not have access to private psychologists.
