Dengue, Chikungunya, and Zika

  • Since the start of enhanced surveillance (May 1), 26 imported cases have been
    identified in the region: 7 cases of chikungunya (+1 compared to last week)
    and 19 cases of dengue (+4).

West Nile virus infections

  • No locally acquired cases have been detected in the region, or more broadly in mainland France
    , since the start of enhanced surveillance (May 1).

Pollen and Allergies

  • Pollen exposure was at a moderate to high level in the Provence-Alpes-Côte d’Azur region. Allergy-related activity
    at SOS Médecins is down this week, at a level typical
    for the season.
