Situation Analysis

Across the entire department, epidemiological surveillance indicators for dengue remain low, below the maximum values expected for the season. Since February 5, the dengue outbreak in the municipality of Trinité has reactivated with the emergence of new confirmed cases in several neighborhoods. As of today, the outbreak remains active, and vector control measures are underway. The epidemiological situation of dengue in Martinique corresponds to Phase 2, Level 1 of the PSAGE dengue protocol: isolated outbreak(s).
