COVID-19: Epidemiological Update for Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes as of June 3, 2021

Key Points

In Week 21, COVID-19 epidemiological indicators continue to decline in Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes. The slowdown in viral circulation is continuing. Although they remain high compared to the same period last year, hospitalizations for COVID-19 and related deaths are declining significantly. Only data from the SOS Médecins associations show an increase, but this is not accompanied by a rise in other indicators of early healthcare utilization.
