Key Findings
Following the heat wave from August 16 to 22, no major health impacts were observed, and monitoring of mortality data did not reveal any unusual events.
According to data from the national aerobiological monitoring network, there is currently little risk of pollen allergies in the region. At this time of year, ragweed pollen is the primary cause of allergies, but this plant is not very prevalent in the region.
