Public Health Monitoring in the Île-de-France Region. Update as of March 20, 2013.
Summary
In the Île-de-France region, Week 11 was mainly marked by:
a sharp decline in the seasonal flu outbreak;
the continued decline in activity indicators among children aged 2 to under 15, linked to school vacations.
In addition, the sudden snow and ice storm on March 12 and 13 resulted in a moderate and short-lived increase in trauma-related visits among adults under 75, noticeable both in emergency departments and at SOS Médecins.
