Regional Update as of August 21, 2012

Over the past week in the region:

• The number of emergency room visits by people over 75 years of age exceeded alert thresholds in 5 hospitals in the region,

• Five cases of hyperthermia or heatstroke reported in week 33 by the emergency departments of facilities participating in the Oscour® network.
