Health education programs are becoming more complex and incorporate a wide range of activities, most of which do not involve the media. For example, educational tools are developed for field educators, health professionals, and teachers. It is therefore important to conduct an evaluation that takes into account the diversity of these initiatives from a comprehensive and public health perspective. The relevance, purpose, and limitations of the evaluation are thus examined, and recommendations are made to better understand and observe attitudes and behaviors.
