Updated health recommendations for travelers

These recommendations were developed by the "Travel Health" working group and approved by the French High Council for Public Health at its meeting on April 6, 1995. They address malaria as well as other areas where travelers should take preventive measures. The updated list of areas where malaria is resistant to chloroquine was presented to the French High Council for Public Health and approved by the Council at its meeting on May 10, 1996. (R. A.).
