The proportion of suspected cases of the so-called British variant is 82.3% in Brittany, and that of the Brazilian or South African variants is 5.3%. Vaccination coverage has reached 15.5% for a single dose. As of March 31, there were 23 confirmed cases in Brittany of the 20C/655Y variant, initially identified at Lannion Hospital. The overall situation shows a stabilization in incidence but continued significant strain on hospitals.
