Over the past week, activity at SOS Médecins clinics has remained stable both nationally and across regions. Nationally, there has been a slight decrease among children aged 5 to 14 (-12%), though the number of cases remains higher than during the 2010–2011 and 2011–2012 flu seasons.Flu diagnoses were down slightly over the period (10,285 cases, 22% of coded diagnoses), though numbers remain significantly higher than in the two previous flu seasons.

Among children under 2 years of age, diagnoses of bronchiolitis are down slightly (-9%, 144 cases). Diagnoses of gastroenteritis remained stable over the past week, at a level comparable to the 2010-2011 and 2011-2012 seasons.

The leading diagnosed condition remains influenza for all age groups, followed by ENT conditions and gastroenteritis.

The measles indicator remains stable at a low level. The death indicator remains stable at a level comparable to 2011 for the same period.
