The UNEF believes that preventive healthcare on campuses is inadequate and is calling for the creation of a more comprehensive service centered on "health centers" for students, operated under the auspices of the regional centers for university and school services (CROUs). The UNEF also advocates for a "health voucher" to ensure that all students have access to health insurance.
