Gastroenteritis: Epidemic activity. Decrease in visits to both community-based emergency departments (-31%) and hospital emergency departments (-7%). Activity slightly below and above seasonal averages, respectively, for community-based and hospital emergency departments.Children under 5 account for 83% of hospital cases; gastroenteritis accounts for 15% of diagnoses in this age group (a slight decrease).Moderate activity in primary care: incidence rate of acute diarrhea estimated at 130 cases per 100,000 inhabitants (95% CI [46, 214], unconsolidated Sentinelles data).Circulation of rotavirus and adenovirus, identified in enteric specimens analyzed at the virology laboratories of the Rennes University Hospital and the Brest University Hospital.

Asthma: Decrease in emergency department visits, both in community settings (-32%) and hospitals (-16%).
