Seine-et-Marne: "Lunchtime Workshops" to Improve the School Climate in Middle and High Schools.

Faced with students idling away their time during lunch breaks and a deteriorating atmosphere at the school, a middle school and a high school in Seine-et-Marne have launched workshops—as part of a project developed in collaboration with their Health and Citizenship Education Committee—to provide supervised activities that meet students’ expectations. This initiative has had a positive impact on the atmosphere within the school, as well as on teacher-student relationships. Interview with Valérie Monfollet, school social worker at Condorcet Middle School and Camille-Claudel High School in Pontault-Combault (Seine-et-Marne).
