  • The registration rate has declined slightly among foreign-born residents at the regional level but has increased in several departments, notably in Seine-Saint-Denis.

  • The registration rate remains high among new arrivals who have been in France for less than two years.

  • The reporting rate remains stable or is declining among people born in France.
