  • COVID-19: The incidence rate continues to rise on the island (264 per 100,000, up 28% from Week 42), with the positivity rate increasing by 1 percentage point to 11.7%. The testing rate has increased by 26%. Incidence rates among those aged 65 and older in Haute-Corse have risen sharply, reaching 252 per 100,000 inhabitants. At the same time, the number of hospitalized patients continues to rise;

  • chikungunya, dengue, Zika: 7 cases of dengue reported since the start of the season (May 1).
