Preventing the Sale of a Deadly Product in Glamorous Packaging [Interview].

The new public health law introduces plain packaging as its flagship measure. Among its many other provisions are a ban on smoking in cars when children are present and a requirement for tobacco companies to disclose their lobbying expenditures. However, a further tax increase was not included. There is also the question of the funding allocated to these tobacco control measures.
