Survival Rates for People with Cancer in Metropolitan France, 1989–2018 - Vulva

In France, the estimated number of new cases of vulvar cancer in 2018 was 838. Key points: 5-year age-standardized survival rate of 62% for cases diagnosed between 2010 and 2015; 5-year net survival decreases with age: 81% for women aged 50, 47% for those aged 80; Excess mortality rate remains high during the first year of follow-up, regardless of age.
