Pressure to be profitable, restructuring: over the past few years, the National Forest Service has overhauled its organizational structure. Staff have been severely unsettled by these changes, which have led to stress and a sense of unease in the workplace. A prevention plan developed jointly by management, the health and safety committee, the social worker, and the company doctor is being implemented by the Service in the Franche-Comté region.
