Key Points

  • COVID-19: Regional testing rate stabilizes.

    • Increase in the regional positivity rate, particularly among those aged 0–20.

    • Stabilization among those over 80, but at a high level.

    • Increase in the overall regional incidence rate, but stabilization among those aged 20–40 and those over 80.

    • Significant increase in emergency room visits and SOS Médecins consultations.

    • Sharp rise in hospital indicators across the region. The mortality peak observed during the first wave has been exceeded.

    • Slight decrease in the number of reported cases in social and medical-social institutions (ESMS), which remains at a high level.

    • High number of reported clusters, particularly in the workplace and in ESMS.

  • Chikungunya, dengue, Zika: since surveillance began, 92 confirmed cases of dengue—imported mainly from the French departments in the Americas—and 11 locally acquired cases have been reported. Additionally, one case of chikungunya imported from Cambodia has been reported.
