City-wide surveillance

  • SOS Médecins: 1,573 cases of suspected COVID-19 per 10,000 (Week 15, vs. 1,914 in Week 14)

  • Sentinelles Network: 173 (tele)consultations for acute respiratory infections per 100,000 inhabitants (W15, vs. 166 in W14)

  • LABM (3 labs): 15% positive test results (W15, vs. 20% in W14)

Hospital surveillance

  • Oscour® Network: 1,636 cases of suspected COVID-19 per 10,000 (S15, vs. 2,135 in S14)

  • Hospital laboratories: Less than 20% of tests positive (Week 15, vs. 30% in Week 14)

  • Sentinel intensive care units: 60% of cases aged 65 and older, and 80% of cases with at least one risk factor

Mortality surveillance

  • Significant excess mortality since week 12 (March 16–22)
