City-wide surveillance

  • SOS Médecins: 583 cases of suspected COVID-19 per 10,000 medical procedures in Week 17, compared to 596 in Week 16

  • Sentinelles Network: 87 (tele)consultations for acute respiratory infections per 100,000 inhabitants in S17 compared to 104 in S16

Virological Surveillance

  • Community laboratories (3-labos): 7.2% positive tests in W17 compared to 10.7% in W16

  • Hospital laboratories: 12.8% of tests positive in S17 compared to 14.4% in S16

Surveillance in long-term care facilities, including nursing homes

  • 313 outbreaks since March 1: 2,431 cases among residents, including 313 deaths in long-term care facilities.

Hospital surveillance

  • Oscour® Network: 793 visits for suspected COVID-19 per 10,000 visits in Week 17 compared to 841 in Week 16

  • Sentinel intensive care units: 52.0% of cases aged 65 and older and 84.6% of cases with at least one risk factor

Mortality surveillance

  • Moderate excess all-cause mortality in S16 in Eure-et-Loir and Indre.
