In week 13 of 2023, the incidence rate remains stable (121 cases per 100,000 inhabitants);
The incidence rate remains stable or has increased very slightly across all age groups, except for those aged 30–60, where it has decreased. The lowest incidence rate is observed among those aged 0–9 (30 cases per 100,000 inhabitants). The highest incidence rate is observed among those aged 80 and older (210 cases per 100,000 inhabitants);
Departmental incidence rates remain stable in 5 departments (Ardennes, Aube, Marne, Haute-Marne, and Moselle), continue to rise in 3 departments (Meurthe-et-Moselle, Vosges, and Meuse), and are decreasing in the remaining 2 (Bas-Rhin and Haut-Rhin). The highest incidence rate is observed in Bas-Rhin (165 cases per 100,000 inhabitants) and the lowest in Haute-Marne (49 cases per 100,000 inhabitants).
The positivity rate (19%) is stable compared to the previous week;
The testing rate is 613 tests per 100,000 inhabitants in week 13 of 2023; it is decreasing across all age groups, except among those aged 10–19 and 20–29, where it is showing a slight increase.
Influenza and Influenza-Like Illnesses
OSCOUR®: In week 13-2023, the number of emergency department visits for influenza-like illness, across all age groups, has continued to decline for several weeks (142 compared to 214 in week 12-2023). The proportion of cases is also decreasing, with 0.6% of emergency department visits related to influenza.
SOS Médecins: The number of consultations for flu-like illness, across all age groups, is down compared to the previous week (499 consultations versus 586 in Week 12 of 2023), representing 7.2% of total activity.
Acute Gastroenteritis
Oscour®: The number of emergency department visits for acute gastroenteritis (AGE) across all age groups is stable compared to the previous week, with 280 visits in Week 13 of 2023, representing 1.2% of total activity.
SOS Médecins: The number of consultations for acute gastroenteritis across all age groups fluctuated slightly but remained generally stable in recent weeks, with 586 visits (compared to 546 in Week 11 of 2023), representing an 8.5% share of activity.
