• In 2022, 80.5% of people aged 18 to 75 reported being in favor of vaccination in general. Vaccination coverage for mandatory infant vaccines has stabilized at a high level:

  • 92% of infants in the first-quarter 2021 cohort received 3 doses of hexavalent vaccines and 92% received 3 doses of the pneumococcal vaccine by 21 months

  • 93% received one dose of the MMR vaccine at 21 months and 87% received two doses at 33 months, which remains below the public health targets for measles elimination (95%)

  • 92% received a booster dose of the meningococcal C vaccine (at 21 months)

• Among young children and adolescents, vaccination coverage is increasing but remains insufficient:

  • 43% of 15- to 19-year-olds received at least one dose of the meningococcal C vaccine

  • 52% of girls received at least one dose of the HPV vaccine by age 15, with disparities widening between departments

  • 15% of boys received at least one dose of the HPV vaccine by age 15

• Influenza vaccination coverage has decreased for the 2022–23 season compared to the previous season (51% vs. 53%)
