Sexual health: It will take a strong mobilization effort to turn intentions into action.

As defined by the World Health Organization (WHO), sexual health is a state of well-being and requires a positive and respectful approach. The new health law creates a framework conducive to promoting sexual health; it makes HIV testing more accessible and establishes new facilities—the free centers for information, testing, and diagnosis (Cegidd)—which provide access to a more comprehensive approach to information, prevention, and care.
