National Depression Information Resource.

Depression, which affects nearly three million people each year in France, according to the National Institute for Prevention and Health Education (INPES), has naturally been included in the information campaign for the 2005–2008 Mental Health Plan. Two tools have been made available to strengthen the prevention, detection, and management of this illness: a guide and a website, the details of which are presented by Bernard Basset, Deputy Director General of INPES.
