COVID-19

• In Bourgogne-Franche-Comté, as at the national level, the positivity rate continues to rise amid a decline in testing rates. SARS-CoV-2 viral circulation continues to increase, with an estimated incidence rate of 82 cases per 100,000 inhabitants (equivalent to the national rate: 81 per 100,000 inhabitants).

• At the subregional level, departmental incidence rates range from 58 cases per 100,000 inhabitants in Nièvre to 95 cases per 100,000 inhabitants in Côte d’Or, and positivity rates range from 12.8% in Territoire-de-Belfort to 25.3% in Jura. Doubs and Jura have the most unfavorable situations, with indicators exceeding the values observed in France.

Flu

• The downward trend in influenza activity (all ages) is confirmed by the SOS Médecins associations and emergency departments

• 46 severe cases of influenza admitted to intensive care reported by the sentinel network of intensive care units. The most recent case reported was admitted to S11 (mid-March).

• 54 reports of clusters of acute respiratory infections in long-term care facilities since early October 2022. The number of clusters has been very low for the past 3 weeks (n=1).

Acute gastroenteritis

• Activity (all ages) at SOS Médecins clinics has decreased this week and returned to levels observed during previous seasons at the same time of year.

• Activity in emergency departments remains stable and lower than that observed last season.
