Key Points
COVID-19
In Bourgogne-Franche-Comté, as at the national level, the positivity rate continues to rise amid a decline in testing rates. SARS-CoV-2 viral circulation continues to increase, with an incidence rate adjusted for the effect of the public holiday estimated at 86 cases per 100,000 inhabitants (close to the national rate: 88 per 100,000 inhabitants).
At the subregional level, departmental incidence rates range from 60 cases per 100,000 inhabitants in Nièvre to 124 cases per 100,000 inhabitants in Jura, and positivity rates range from 16.0% in Territoire-de-Belfort to 27.3% in Jura. Doubs, Jura, and Haute-Saône have the most unfavorable situations, with indicators exceeding the values observed in France.
