  • Guadeloupe: Dengue surveillance indicators have been declining since the end of October (week 2020-44) but remain at high levels. The epidemic continues across the archipelago. Serotype 2 remains the predominant circulating serotype, with serotype 1 also circulating.

  • Saint Martin: The number of clinically suspected dengue cases seen in medical consultations each week has been relatively stable since August (2020-32) but remains high. The epidemic continues. Serotype DENV-1 is widely detected.

  • Saint Barthélemy: Dengue surveillance indicators have been stable since mid-October (2020-42). Dengue continues to circulate actively, with about 30 clinical cases reported each week. Serotype 1 is the predominant circulating serotype.
