  • Transition to the post-epidemic phase in week 03-2026 (January 12–18)

  • Peak activity for bronchiolitis in week 50-2025 (December 8–14) for emergency departments and in week 51 (December 15–21) for SOS Médecins; downward trend in activity in week 09-2026 (February 23–March 1)

  • RSV and rhinoviruses still circulating

Suspected Covid-19 cases (all ages)

  • End of the epidemic declared in week 08-2026 (February 16–22)

  • Peak activity for influenza-like illnesses in week 51-2025 (December 15–21) for SOS Médecins associations and in week 52 (December 22–28) for emergency departments

  • Maximum influenza virus detection rate in week 51-2025 in private laboratories and in week 01-2026 (December 29, 2025, to January 4, 2026) in university hospitals
